Where are you based?
We are based in the Northwest of England in Southport Merseyside.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes we offer secure and trackable shipping for our designs anywhere in the Mainland UK. Local collection is also available by appointment. The prices displayed include any delivery/shipping costs for Mainland UK. For areas outside of Mainland UK, please contact us.
Can I buy hats as well as hire them?
Absolutely! We have an ever-growing collection of beautiful pieces available to buy online. Please note, the designs you see on line can not be changed in any way. If you would like one of the designs altered in any way we can, please refer to our bespoke design service for more details. Do I need to book an appointment?
Appointments aren’t required if you are ordering one of our designs from our collections. For our bespoke design service we recommend booking a complimentary virtual or in person appointment. Please contact us for more details.
Is there a charge for appointments?
No, our virtual and in-person appointments are free of charge and can be booked at a time that suits you.
How far in advance should I book?
Our lead time for designing and creating our hats and headpieces can vary considerably. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for busy times like wedding season and major race events. When you discuss your design with us you will be advised of the approximate lead time.
How do I return my hired hat?
We’ll provide clear instructions for returning your hat safely and easily after your event. Please refer to our hat hire page for additional information.
