Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund but you may wish to return your item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us in the timeframe we have advised using a traceable service or in person.
Refunds
If you would like to request a refund, you must do so by emailing us at hello@inajosephmillinery.co,uk no later than 24-hours after receiving your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any monies that are to be refunded to you will be done so via bank transfer and will be done so within 7 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in your bank processing your refunded monies from us.
Late or missing refunds
Once we have transferred any monies owed to you, we will email you to confirm your payment has been sent. If you haven’t received a monies, please do check with your your bank as we cannot be held responsible for any delays in your bank processing your refunded monies from us.
Sale items
On various occasions we may hold a ‘sale’. Only non-sale items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Apologies, we do not offer exchanges.
Shipping returns
We are unable to accept returns for bespoke pieces. However, if you wish to return an item that you bought online then to return your product, you should send your product to the address provided and you must use a traceable delivery service, you may wish to return your items to us in person. If you wish to return your item in person you must agree a time and date with us first.
You will be responsible for paying for your own costs for returning your item. Some of your return costs may be added to your refund, you will be advised of this via email.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order or booking, you must inform us by email up to 24 hours after your order or booking has been made. Any cancelations after this time may incur a charge. We will let you know if this will be the case when we receive your cancellation email.
